With holidays starting to take their toll only 7 drivers contested tonight’s F1 racing
with 2-
Three finals were run with 3 drivers in each and only the winner to move up. In the C final we had Trev, Mick and Roger and Trev took this fairly comfortably with a 32.84, and Rog and Mick had a good tussle for 2nd, Mick eventually taking it by exactly 2 laps from Rog. In the B, Trev joined Kev and Chris and all held the lead early on, but Chris drove a quick and steady race to take it with 35.51 from Trev in 2nd on 33.56 and Kev 3rd on 31.21. Chris then joined Bob and Woody for the A and this turned out to be a runaway win for Woody, with his car now straight, taking the win on 35.14 from Bob in 2nd on 32.84 and Chris having problems, 3rd on 30.00.
